Bootcamp UNLEASHED!

This is our signature program that is fun & innovative. It is an intense total body workout, incorporating teamwork, games, & a variety of equipment. Our unique training methodology will help you unleash your “athlete instincts”!

Let's Rock & Row

You will do intervals of cardio bursts using our state-of-the-art water rowers combined with lifting heavy rock-like objects (dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX, etc). The end result is a chiseled, rock hard body!

Cardio & Core Chaos

50 min of controlled chaos in which your heart will be pumping and your abs will be burning. Side benefits: improved athletic performance, injury prevention… and defined, toned abs that you can show off!

TRX Shred

Scorch calories & tone up by doing quick-hitting moves on our TRX suspension trainers followed by a metabolic circuit utilizing a wide array of fitness tools. Because the TRX leverages your own body weight as resistance, you can adjust difficulty to desired level.
