3x/wk, 50 minute classes

Monday/Tuesdays & Thursdays at 3:30 PM

This program builds the FITNESS, STRENGTH, & SELF-CONFIDENCE of high school girls! Whether your teenage daughter is looking to get an athletic edge in sports, or you just want her to embrace working out & adopt a healthy lifestyle, this class is for her! It is a positive, team-oriented environment, in which girls will have FUN & feel EMPOWERED!

Taking female athletes to the next level & making fitness FUN! This program works on speed, strength & agility...and produce REAL Results! Plus builds confidence!
There are three main components to this 50 min class…
BOOTCAMP WORKOUT
Girls start with our signature, high-energy bootcamp-style workouts! Proven to create INCREDIBLE RESULTS!
ATHLETE SKILLS TRAINING
The girls will also hone important athletic skillsets. Each day will have a different focus...running form, agility & speed drills, jump training & vertical testing, eye-hand reaction drills, etc.
GAMES & Building Self Confidence
At the end of each class, we bring it all together with interactive GAMES! The girls will have a blast with games like Spikeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Ninja Obstacle Course, and more! Plus we have a positive mindset focus each week, to help build confidence and self-love.
