Our Youth Athlete Fitness Camp is a BLAST!!
We are turning up the heat this summer with a SUPER FUN camp style Fitness Program!
🔥 Speed work, strength training, plyometrics, and FUN!
🔥 2-Hour Sessions, 4x/wk we'll go into in-depth fitness training!
🔥 A new Theme Each Week!
Week 1: Sports themed
The skills development &
game play will have a different focus each day,
for sport-specific training…soccer, basketball, football, & volleyball!
Week 2: Summertime Games Themed
The skills this week will include a different summertime game focus.
Think jump rope, water games, yard games like baseball, corn hole, spikeball & badminton!
2 Wk Fitness Camp Registration is OPEN!
2-Wk Bootcamp: 4x/wk & 2 hrs each day!

YOUTH ATHLETE SUMMER FITNESS CAMP
Taking youth athletes to the next level & making fitness FUN! This programs work on speed, strength & agility...and produce REAL Results!
There are three main components to each 2 hr Session…
BOOTCAMP WORKOUT
Kids start with our signature, high-energy bootcamp-style workouts! Proven to create INCREDIBLE RESULTS!
ATHLETE SKILLS TRAINING
Kids will also hone important athletic skillsets. Each day will have a different focus...running form, agility & speed drills, jump training & vertical testing, eye-hand reaction drills, etc.
GAMES & PLAY
At the end of each session, we bring it all together with interactive GAMES! This Summer, we’ve got a new theme each week! Week 1: Sports themed & Week 2: Summertime Games themed!

Kids Programs are for boys & girls
- Youth classes are 8-13 yrs old

Our Summer program is set up as a 2-wk session. It meets Monday- Thursday for 2 hours each day. 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

We realize summers are busy, so we added in flexibility & you can pick fo sign up for just 1st week or 2nd week , if you can’t do both weeks!

No. All fitness levels & athletic abilities are welcome.

Each class is 50 minutes long and our Fall sessions meet 2x/wk for 6 weeks. Class starts at 5:30 PM.

Youth Athlete sessions is 6 weeks long, and class meets 2x/wk. So 12 classes total.

We make it fun while coaching proper form with weights & running. We also work on speed & agility, jump training & vertical testing, eye-hand reaction drills. Plus include fine & gross motor skills.
