Our Youth Athlete Bootcamp is a BLAST!!
🔥  Speed work, strength training, plyometrics, and FUN! 

🔥 With 50 minutes sessions, we'll go into in-depth fitness training!

6-Wk Bootcamp: 2x/wk (12 sessions)
Dates: 1/6/26 - 2/12/26
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:30 PM

- for both boys & girls ages 8-13 yrs old!

Each class includes Strength, Speed, & Agility Workouts to take athletes to the next level!

YOUTH ATHLETE BOOTCAMP

Taking youth athletes to the next level & making fitness FUN! This programs work on speed, strength & agility...and produce REAL Results!

There are three main components to each 50 Minute Session…

BOOTCAMP WORKOUT

Kids start with our signature, high-energy bootcamp-style workouts! Proven to create INCREDIBLE RESULTS!

ATHLETE SKILLS TRAINING

Kids will also hone important athletic skillsets. Each day will have a different focus...running form, agility & speed drills, jump training & vertical testing, eye-hand reaction drills, etc.

GAMES & PLAY

At the end of each session, we bring it all together with interactive GAMES! Kids will have a blast with games like Spikeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Ninja Obstacle Course, and more!


I like that the trainers push & motivate us. Each workout is challenging with lots of variety.

FAQs

  • Kids Programs are for boys & girls

    - Youth classes are 8-13 yrs old

  • Each class is 50 minutes long and our Fall sessions meet 2x/wk for 6 weeks. Class starts at 5:30 PM.

  • Youth Athlete sessions is 6 weeks long, and class meets 2x/wk. So 12 classes total.

  • We make it fun while coaching proper form with weights & running. We also work on speed & agility, jump training & vertical testing, eye-hand reaction drills. Plus include fine & gross motor skills.

  • No. All fitness levels & athletic abilities are welcome.
