are both a unique strength & speed training program…catering to young athletes.
Youth Athlete Bootcamp: WINTER II SESSION
Our Youth Athlete Bootcamp focuses on speed work, strength training,
& plyometrics to develop well-rounded athleticism.

6-Wk Winter II 2024 Session
Dates: 3/5/24 - 4/18/24
(7 week period, but will not meet the week of 3/25 due to Spring Break)
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM
$179/ 12 classes
- for 4th-8th graders, both boys & girls
Each class includes Strength, Speed, & Agility Workouts to take athletes to the next level!
BuildHerUp Bootcamp
Whether your teenage daughter is looking to get an athletic edge in sports,
or you just want her to embrace working out & adopt a healthy lifestyle, this class is for her.

8-Wk Fall Session
Dates: 9/18 - 11/8
Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:30 PM
$249/ 16 classes
- a girls only class for 9th-12th graders
YOUTH ATHLETE BOOTCAMP
Taking youth athletes to the next level & making fitness FUN! This programs work on speed, strength & agility...and produce REAL Results!
There are three main components to this 50 min class…

This is a GIRLS ONLY program for high school aged girls. 9th-12th graders.
